In late 2003 and early 2004, the Ravenswood Development Authority worked with faculty and students at Marshall University to complete an assessment of the town’s strengths and weaknesses.

The Ravenswood Development Authority’s mission is the promotion of business opportunities in the Ravenswood Community. We support and assist: new business development, existing business retention and expansion and the beautification of the city.
